BYHA DONATION and SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Dear ​BYHA Family Members:
 
On behalf of Belmont Youth Hockey I am pleased to invite you to be part of our fundraising activities. BYHA seeks donations and sponsorships, both of which help keep the cost of the program down as ice costs continue to increase from year to year.

Donations

If you are interested in making a donation, please contact  Pasqual Kioumejian (pasqual.kioumejian@rocklandtrust.com). BYHA is extremely appreciative of any donation that you might be able to make and is happy to accept donations that are made for a specific aspect of the program (e.g., Mini Marauders, Girls' Program, Boys' Program, etc).

Sponsorship Opportunities 
 
Traditionally, we have solicited individuals and businesses to sponsor a specific Belmont Youth Hockey team.  The sponsor would have its name printed on the back of a single team’s practice jersey.  This team-centric approach provided limited exposure for our sponsors.   
 
This year we are very excited to announce that we will have two large Belmont Youth Hockey Sponsor signs located at the entrance to the Belmont hockey rink.  These signs will be displayed from the date the rink opens to its closing in the spring and, more importantly, will be seen by thousands of people throughout the fall and winter.
 
Each sign will contain individual sponsor plaques that are printed in large, bold type, for everyone to see.  This is an excellent opportunity for your business to be noticed by every person who enters the hockey rink, whether for a high school or youth hockey game or during public skating.  At the same time, your tax deductible donation will be used to help us to provide hockey equipment for our teams, purchase new game jerseys, and continue to offer scholarships to past Belmont Youth Hockey participants who are now college students. 
 
In addition to having your name shown on our sponsorship signs, your business will also appear on the Belmont Youth Hockey website.  Each year our website is visited approximately 50,000 times.  Our sponsors are proudly displayed at the top of our home webpage.
 
             Belmont Youth Hockey is offering three levels of sponsorship:
 
1.  Platinum Sponsor:   Cost:  $1,000.00
 
a.  As a Platinum sponsor your name will appear on our Platinum Sponsorship sign located in a prime space at the Belmont hockey rink.  The lettering on your individual plaque will be large and easily seen from across the rink;
 
b.  Your name and business logo will appear at the top of our website home page along with the names of our other sponsors, in a random order; 
 
c.  On our separate sponsor page we will create a link on your sponsor name and load the link with any information you would like to add.  For example, if your website has ecommerce capability, we will create a link which will allow visitors to your sponsor link to purchase your products directly from our website;
 
2.  Friend of Belmont Youth Hockey:  Cost:  $500.00
 
a.  As a Friend of Belmont Youth Hockey sponsor, your name will appear on our Friend of Belmont Youth Hockey sponsorship sign.  This sign will be located near the front of rink in a very visible area.  The lettering on your individual plaque will not be as large as the Platinum sponsor sign, but will still be large enough to be seen from a distance;
 
b.  Your name and business logo will appear at the top of our website home page along with the names of our other sponsors, in a random order; 
 
c.  Your name and business logo will be listed on our sponsor page.
 
3.  Team Sponsor:  Cost:  $250.00
 
a.  As a team sponsor  your name and business logo will appear on one designated Belmont Youth Hockey team’s home page each time anyone accesses the team’s home page. 
 
b.  Your name and business logo will be listed on our sponsor page.
Upon receipt your donation, a thank you note is sent confirming receipt of the donation and containing the Belmont Youth Hockey tax identification number.
